Kuala Lumpur By Sunset
There are time, when the location is right and the colors are good, you just can't go down and shoot the scene. This is the time when you can't be choosy or walk away thinking you might get it later. You just have to take what's coming.
On a late afternoon/sunset drive looking for that impressionistic shot of Kuala Lumpur by sunset. It turns out, the best place to shoot the city with the setting sun casting the late colors on its island of tallest signature structures is along a highway flyover, where you can't go curbside.
To shoot this scene, one of the two ways is drive by shooting. Roll down your window, jack up your ISO to the highest and keep shooting. The other one, see whether you can walk on the curb of the flyover of Jalan Tun Razak.
